This Privacy Policy explains how AdblockerKit (“AdblockerKit”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our marketing website at https://adblockerkit.chaudhariapps.com and the AdblockerKit Chrome extension.

1. Summary
- You do not need an AdblockerKit account to use the extension or the website.
- We do not collect personal data from the extension.
- We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to anyone.
- Settings, allowlists, blocklists, and similar preferences stay on your device (Chrome storage).
- Blocking runs locally in your browser using Chrome’s extension APIs.
- We do not sell ads inside the extension and we do not use analytics or crash SDKs in the extension.
2. Information we process
2.1 On your device (local)
Depending on how you use AdblockerKit, the extension may store locally in your browser:
- Extension settings and feature toggles (for example ads, cookie walls, YouTube, social, and streaming controls)
- Allowlists / paused sites and custom domains you choose to block or allow
- Local counters or status shown in the popup for the current page and overall (kept on your device)
- Other preferences you set inside the extension
This information stays in Chrome’s local (or, if you enable it in Chrome, Chrome Sync) storage associated with your browser profile. It is not sent to AdblockerKit servers. We do not operate a backend that receives your browsing history, page contents, or extension settings.
2.2 What happens while you browse
AdblockerKit uses Chrome’s network filter and related extension capabilities on your device to block ads, trackers, cookie walls, and other clutter you enable. Filtering happens locally. We do not receive a log of the sites you visit.
2.3 Accounts, analytics, ads, and purchases
- No AdblockerKit login or account is required or offered.
- We do not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, or crash reports from the extension.
- We do not show third-party ads in the extension and we do not sell your data.
- If a Chrome Web Store listing or payment flow is used later, those purchases are handled by Google / the Chrome Web Store under their own terms. We do not receive your payment card details.
2.4 Support and bug reports
If you email us at support@chaudhariapps.com, you provide whatever information you choose to send (for example your email address and message content). We use that only to respond to your request.
If you open Report bugs, that may take you to Featurebase (adblockerkit.featurebase.app). Featurebase is a separate service with its own privacy policy. We do not receive data from Featurebase beyond what that product’s tools show us when you submit something there.
If you use Support developer, that may open Buy Me a Coffee, which is also a separate service with its own privacy policy.
2.5 Marketing website
The website at https://adblockerkit.chaudhariapps.com is informational. It does not require an account. We do not run analytics scripts or ad networks on this site for the purpose of profiling you. Standard web server or hosting logs (for example IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be processed by the hosting provider as part of delivering the site. We do not sell that information and we do not use it to build personal profiles.
3. What we do not do
- We do not collect personal data from the AdblockerKit extension.
- We do not share your data with third parties for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
- We do not require you to create an AdblockerKit account.
- We do not upload your browsing history, page contents, or extension settings to AdblockerKit servers.
- We do not use the extension to track you across websites for our own advertising.
4. Permissions
Chrome may ask you to grant permissions so AdblockerKit can block network requests and hide elements on pages you visit. Those permissions are used only to provide blocking and cleaning features on your device. Granting a permission does not mean we collect or transmit that data to us.
5. Children
AdblockerKit is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). Do not use the extension if you are under the applicable age without a parent or guardian.
6. International processing
Because we do not collect extension data onto our servers, we do not transfer your browsing or settings data internationally for AdblockerKit processing. If you email us or use a third-party support or donation page, that provider may process information in the United States or other countries under their own policies.
7. Your choices
- Change or clear extension settings in the AdblockerKit popup / options
- Remove a site from allowlists or pause lists
- Disable or remove the extension in Chrome to delete its local storage for that profile (Chrome Sync copies, if any, follow your Chrome account settings)
- Avoid optional third-party pages (Featurebase, Buy Me a Coffee) if you do not want to use those services
- Email support@chaudhariapps.com with questions about this policy
8. Response times
We aim to respond to privacy requests within:
- General inquiries: 5 business days
- Rights exercises: 30 days (as required by GDPR)
- Data breach notifications: Immediately
9. Language
This Policy is provided in English. In case of translations into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancies.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
